Everything you need to know before stepping into your first session
Not at all! Our classes cater to all levels. We offer beginner-friendly sessions and provide modifications to suit your body's needs.
Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. We provide mats and all necessary equipment in-studio. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if preferred.
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for steady progress. Many of our members see results in strength, posture, and flexibility within a month.
Absolutely. Pilates is often recommended for rehabilitation. We also offer dedicated physiotherapy-based sessions for those recovering from injuries. Please inform your instructor of any concerns beforehand.
Mat Pilates uses bodyweight resistance and is done on a yoga mat, while Reformer Pilates involves a machine that adds resistance using springs, offering a more dynamic full-body workout.
