Your Questions Answered

Everything you need to know before stepping into your first session

Do I need any experience to join Pilates classes?

Not at all! Our classes cater to all levels. We offer beginner-friendly sessions and provide modifications to suit your body's needs.

What should I bring to a Pilates class?

Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. We provide mats and all necessary equipment in-studio. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if preferred.

How often should I do Pilates for best results?

We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for steady progress. Many of our members see results in strength, posture, and flexibility within a month.

Is Pilates suitable for people with injuries or back pain?

Absolutely. Pilates is often recommended for rehabilitation. We also offer dedicated physiotherapy-based sessions for those recovering from injuries. Please inform your instructor of any concerns beforehand.

What’s the difference between Mat and Reformer Pilates?

Mat Pilates uses bodyweight resistance and is done on a yoga mat, while Reformer Pilates involves a machine that adds resistance using springs, offering a more dynamic full-body workout.
